A BILL to amend and reenact article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Rural Rehabilitation Loan Program.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

            That article 9, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.

§64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.

            The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 1, 2014, authorized under the authority of section three, article twelve, chapter nineteen, of this code, modified by the Commissioner of Agriculture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 20, 2014 relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (Rural Rehabilitation Loan Program, 61 CSR 33), is authorized with the following amendment:

            On page 3, by striking out all of subsection 4.2, and by renumbering the remaining subsections.

 


            NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the Rural Rehabilitation Loan Program.
