A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-8j, relating
to the pay grade of cafeteria managers.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended
by adding thereto a new section, designated §18A-4-8j, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 4. SALARIES, WAGES AND OTHER BENEFITS.
§18A-4-8j. Pay grade for cafeteria managers.
Notwithstanding any provision of section eight-a, article
four, chapter eighteen-a or any other provision of this code to the
contrary, for the purposes of determining the minimum monthly pay
of a cafeteria manager, the cafeteria manager position is assigned
a pay grade of E.
