A BILL to repeal §44-2-2 and §44-2-3 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to removing the provisions
requiring fiduciary commissioners to publish notice.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of sections relating to requiring fiduciary
commissioners to publish notices.
Sections two and three, article two, chapter forty-four of the
Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal sections in the
code requiring that fiduciary commissioners publish notice.
§44-2-2 ans §44-2-3 are repealed; therefore, strike-throughs
and underscoring have been omitted.
