A Bill to repeal §55-7D-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the construction of the Good Samaritan Food Donation Act as it relates to health department regulations and municipal, county and state health departments and officers.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 7D. GOOD SAMARITAN FOOD DONATION ACT.

§1. Repeal of section relating to the construction of the Good         Samaritan Food Donation Act as it relates to health         regulations, departments and officers.

    §55-7D-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

    NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal §55-7D-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the construction of the Good Samaritan Food Donation Act as it relates to health regulations, departments and officers.
