A BILL to repeal §16-5A-9a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to prohibiting the use of laetrile.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 5A. CANCER CONTROL.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the use of laetrile in certain circumstances.

     §16-5A-9a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

Note: The purpose of this bill is to prohibit the use of laetrile.
