WVC 64 - 4 - 1 §64-4-1. Division of Rehabilitation Services.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 28, 2008, authorized under the authority of section ten, article two-b, chapter seventeen-b, of this code, modified by the Division of Rehabilitation Services to meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and refiled in the State Register on January 21, 2009, relating to the Division of Rehabilitation Services (low vision driver training program, 130 CSR 3), is authorized.
