§49-7-19. Enticing child from custody.
A person who personally or by agent entices or forcibly
removes a child from a custody in which the child was placed
under the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than one
hundred dollars, or be imprisoned not more than six months, or
both such fine and imprisonment.
