WVC 44 A- 1 - 5 §44A-1-5. Rules of civil procedure.

The West Virginia "Rules of Civil Procedure for Trial Courts of Record" shall apply to all proceedings instituted under the provisions of this chapter except as is otherwise specifically provided.
