WVC 33 - 26 B- 13 §33-26B-13. Annual report of the association.

The association shall be subject to examination and regulation by the commissioner. The board of directors shall submit to the commissioner, not later than the first day of May of each year and in a form approved by the commissioner, a financial report for the preceding calendar year and a report of its activities during the preceding calendar year.
