WVC 30 - 4 A- 11 §30-4A-11. Effect on practicing dentists who are currently administering or supervising general anesthesia or parenteral conscious sedation.

Existing parenteral conscious sedation permits shall become Class III(b) Permits and general anesthesia permits shall become Class IV Permits.
