WVC 30 - 32 - 21 §30-32-21. Penalties.

Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
