WVC 30 - 30 - 23 §30-30-23. Display of license.
(a) The board shall prescribe the form for a license and permit, and may issue a duplicate license or permit upon payment of a fee.

(b) Any person regulated by the article shall conspicuously display his or her license or permit at his or her principal business location. Note: WV Code updated with legislation passed through the 2012 1st Special Session
