WVC 30 - 15 - 8 §30-15-8. Penalties.
Any person practicing midwifery in this state without complying with the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned in the county jail not more than one year, or both fined and imprisoned.
