§30-14A-3. Rulemaking.
(a) The Board of Osteopathy shall propose rules for legislative approval in accordance with the provisions of article three, chapter twenty-nine-a of this code, to implement the provisions of this article, including:

(1) Establishing fees; and

(2) Any other rules necessary to effectuate the provisions of this article.

(b) The fees in effect on the effective date of the reenactment of this section during the regular session of the Legislature in 2010 will remain in effect until modified by legislative rule.
