WVC 30 - 14 - 14 §30-14-14. Separability clause.
The terms of this article are declared to be separable; and should any word, phrase, sentence or section hereof be declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, the remainder of this article shall not thereby be affected, but shall remain in full force and effect.
