§21A-10-10. General penalty.
A person who wilfully violates a provision of this chapter
or rule or regulation thereunder for which a specific penalty has
not been imposed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction shall be fined not less than twenty dollars nor more
than two hundred dollars, or be imprisoned for not longer than
thirty days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall be
a separate offense.
