§20-3-12. Timberland and forest land defined.
For the purpose of this chapter, any land shall be
considered timberland or forest land which has enough timber
standing or down to constitute, in the judgment of the

That nothing in this section contained shall be
construed to include lands under cultivation or in grass, unless
a fire thereon would imperil such lands or adjoining lands.
