§19-4-2. Who may organize.
Five or more persons engaged in the production of agricultural products may form a nonprofit, cooperative association, and/or agricultural credit association, with or without capital stock, and five or more cooperative associations may form an agricultural credit association, and/or cooperative association, with or without capital stock, under the provisions of this article.
