WVC 18 - 9 - 8 §18-9-8. Exception.
Notwithstanding the provisions of sections two-a and three-a of this article, the provisions of this article as of January first, one thousand nine hundred sixty-one, shall govern for the year one thousand nine hundred sixty-one, insofar as they relate to school finances.
