WVC 17 A- 6 A- 18 §17A-6A-18. West Virginia law to apply.
Notwithstanding the terms, provisions or requirements of any franchise agreement, contract or other agreement of any kind between a new motor vehicle dealer and a manufacturer or distributor or any subsidiary, affiliate or partner of a manufacturer or distributor, the provisions of the code of West Virginia apply to all such agreements and contracts. Any provisions in the agreements and contracts which violate the terms of this section are null and void.
