WVC 6 - CHAPTER 6. GENERAL PROVISIONS RESPECTING OFFICERS.
WVC -10- ARTICLE 10. EMPLOYMENT OF WIFE BY STATE OFFICIAL OR EMPLOYEE.

WVC 6-10-1 §6-10-1. Employment of wife at public expense prohibited.
The employment of his wife at public expense by any official or employee of the state is expressly prohibited.
