§5B-2E-11. Termination.
The development office may not accept any new project application after the thirty-first day of December, two thousand thirteen, and all applications submitted prior to the first day of January, two thousand thirteen, that have not been previously approved or not approved, shall be deemed not approved and shall be null and void as of the first day of January, two thousand thirteen.
