Majority Whip Mike Caputo

I enjoyed very much serving alongside Dale for more than a decade, as he worked tirelessly on behalf his constituents, as well as in his chairmanship of the House Committee on Transportation. As a union representative, I also considered him a great friend of labor who cared deeply about the working class.

The House of Delegates has lost a vital member, and I know all of us in the House join in offering heartfelt condolences to the Martin family.
