CHARLESTON, WV - Senate Judiciary Chairman Corey Palumbo (D-Kanawha) says SB 518 makes it very clear who can and cannot run for public office. It also defines “under conviction” as a finding of guilt which has not been reversed, vacated or expunged. To hear Senator Palumbo’s comments go to: www.youtube.com/wvsenate |
