CHARLESTON, WV – Senate Finance Chairman Roman Prezioso (D-Marion) says the passage of SB 469 means that West Virginia remains fiscally responsible and is serious about paying its debts. Prezioso says OPEB is the last piece of the long-term financial debt facing the state. Senator Prezioso adds that unlike last year, there is a clear funding source in bill.
