CHARLESTON, WV – Senator Ronald Miller (D-Greenbrier) says, as the newly appointed Agriculture Chairman, he wants the committee to be proactive on farming issues instead of reactive. He says the Agriculture Committee is starting out by looking at carry-over bills from last year.
