CHARLESTON, WV – Senate Majority Whip Richard Browning (D-Wyoming) says it’s time to recognize that substance abuse is a societal problem that affects the entire state. He says the recommendations in the recently released report by the Advisory Council on Substance Abuse are a good start.
In addition, Senator Browning says it’s time to re-evaluate the state’s education system.
