CHARLESTON, WV – Senate Finance Chairman Roman Prezioso (D-Marion) says he is starting the 2012 Legislative Session with no set agenda; however, it is a pivotal year for West Virginia as far as the State’s finances are concerned.

Senator Prezioso says in addition to the state’s fiscal health he is also concerned with the state’s substance abuse problem.
