CHARLESTON, WV – Senate Transportation Chairman Robert Beach (D-Monongalia) says West Virginia could complete a number of stalled projects if voters approve a $1 billion bond amendment.

Senator Beach says transportation has a trickle-down effect in regards to infrastructure and is critical to all aspects of everyday life for West Virginians.
