Majority Leader John Unger II

Senate Majority Leader Hosts Ethics and Procedure Forum in Harpers Ferry

Charleston, WV - State Senate Majority Leader John Unger II (D-Berkeley), in conjunction with the mayor and council of the Town of Harpers Ferry and the West Virginia Ethics Commission, will be in Harpers Ferry, WV on July 2nd, 2011 hosting a discussion on ethics, parliamentary procedure and open meetings beginning at 10:00 a.m.

The event will be held at the Harpers Ferry Town Hall.

Marty Wright, Deputy Counsel of the West Virginia Ethics Commission, will be the main presenter.

“I am pleased to help facilitate this forum regarding ethics, parliamentary procedure and open meetings and hope that the residents of Harpers Ferry will benefit from having well informed and professional leadership,” said Senator Unger. “With the help of the West Virginia Ethics Commission, I am certain the leadership will be prepared to serve properly and effectively.”
