Charleston, WV - West Virginia Senate Majority Leader John Unger, (D-Berkeley) has called for an investigation into the billing practices of electric utility companies in the state. Senator Unger is now announcing that the West Virginia Legislature will take this matter up and will examine legislative remedies to this serious issue. "I have received a multitude of complaints from my constituents regarding deceptive practices when it comes to their electric bills," said Senator Unger, "It is time for the Legislature to examine these practices to ensure that our laws are being followed."
