CHARLESTON, WV - Senate Majority Whip Richard Browning (D-Wyoming) says HB 4236 is a good bill that will allow schools to produce better students. The bill, passed by the Senate today, will phase-in a new teacher evaluation process and institutes a comprehensive teacher mentoring system.
