The West Virginia Legislative Auditor’s Office has an opening
for a Research Manager. The Research Manager manages multiple performance
audits of State agencies. Responsible for supervising the planning,
field work, and reporting of performance audits. Applicant must demonstrate
supervisory and managerial skills. Ability to interact effectively
with Agency Heads, and Legislators, strong research, analytical, oral,
and written communication skills. Qualified Applicants should have
a Graduate Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Public Administration,
Political Science, or related fields. Four-years experience in Program
Evaluation required, two-years of which shall be supervisory.
