following job opening(s):

Research Analyst: The Research Analyst works on an audit
team under the supervision of a Research Manager and possibly a Senior
Research Analyst. The Research Analyst is responsible for
carrying out all tasks associated with conducting a performance audit
which include: 1) gathering all relevant information; 2) reviewing and
analyzing records and data about the auditee, and data entry into
spreadsheets; 3) participating in planning the scope and methodology of
research projects; 4) writing reports, memoranda, transmittal letters,
causal models, audit plans, etc.; 5) contacting or interviewing people;
6) attending entrance and exit conferences; 7) traveling to necessary
field sites; 8) working all or part of the workday(s) at an office of
the auditee to review auditee files or observe operations; 9)
organizing and maintaining audit work papers; 10) orally present the
findings of audit reports to Legislative Committees; 11) performing
independent reviews of other analysts’ reports to determine if their
report is consistent with the evidence; 12) correcting edited draft
reports; 13) indexing draft reports; and 14) other tasks that will
assist the Research Manager and facilitate the audit process.
