| PER CURIAM:
This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent's Answer. Claimant seeks to recover $256,669.09 for attorney fees and costs ordered to be paid to Claimant by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County for services rendered in the case of State Ex Rel D. L. And K.P. v. Stephanie Bond, Acting Director of the Respondent, et. al. In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount of $256,669.09 as ordered to be paid in the Court Order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County for attorney fees and cost rendered by Claimant in above-referenced action. Respondent does not have a fiscal method to pay and satisfy the Court Order entered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County. The Court of Claims determines that based upon the Court Order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County the claimant should be awarded the sum of $256,669.09. Award of $256,669.09. |
