     PER CURIAM:
      This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent's Answer.
      Claimant seeks to recover $11,655.05 for attorney fees which he incurred as the result of an Ethics Complaint filed against him while he was serving as an Administrative Law Judge for the WV Public Employees Grievance Board, an agency within the Department of Administration of Respondent. He was found to be free of any ethics violations by the West Virginia Ethics Commission.
      In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount with respect to the attorney fees incurred by Claimant in the amount of $11,655.05, and states that it agrees that Claimant should be reimbursed.
      It is the opinion of the Court of Claims that the claimant should be awarded the sum of $11,655.05.
      Award of $11,655.05.
