     Claimants appeared pro se.

     PER CURIAM:
     
      This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent's Answer.
      Claimants seek to recover $250.00 for taxes that should have been refunded, but which were not by the Respondent.
      In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount with respect to the taxes paid in the amount of $250.00. Respondent further states that there were sufficient funds expired in that appropriate fiscal year from which the invoice could have been paid.
      It is the opinion of the Court of Claims that the Claimants should be awarded the sum of $250.00.
      Award of $250.00.
