Rescinding or Amending Rules
133. All propositions to amend or rescind any standing rule
or order of the House shall be by resolution and be at once
referred, without debate, to the Committee on Rules, and shall be
reported therefrom within five legislative days thereafter. Any
such resolution may be adopted by a majority vote, a quorum being
present.
