Consideration of Local Bills
69. Local bills shall be placed upon a special calendar to be known as the Local Bill Calendar, and on Friday of each week, after the ninth order of business is passed, shall be taken up and disposed of before any other business is acted upon: Provided, That this rule shall not prohibit the consideration of local bills at such times as the House may determine after the last Friday within the constitutional duration of the regular sessions of the Legislature.
