Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
HB2541 would require the creation of the West Virginia Legislative Criminal Justice Resource Center. The center would require hiring 3 new research analysts with a salary of $26,775 each. Salary and benefits for each analyst would be $32,433 for a total of $97,299 for all 3 analysts.
