Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
House bill 2363,if enacted, would require that a state employee with a commercial driver’s license have a current medical evaluation certification and applicable medical waiver. It is anticipated that public higher education would not experience substantial increases in costs from the enactment of this legislation. Any additional costs would be absorbed by the colleges and universities.
