Fiscal Note Summary
Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
Due to this measure instructing the Consumer Protection Division to be reimbursed by the boards for its supervision and review and it instructing the boards to recoup their costs by increasing their fees paid by license holders, this measure should not increase general revenue costs for the state. However, it will increase the overall cost of government.
