Memorandum


There is no fiscal impact to the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner for HB2957. If enacted, HB2957 would amend the procedure by which a charitable gaming licensee may appeal the Tax Commissioner's sanctions against the licensee for violation of gaming laws. There may be fiscal impact to the Tax Department, the Office of Tax Appeals or the Lottery Commission due to the enactment of HB2957.
