Effect this measure will have on costs and revenues of state government.
House Bill 2595 would provide for salary increases for magistrate clerks, deputy magistrate clerks, and magistrate assistants. It is assumed that the first increase of $8,004 would be effective July 1, 2005. The second increase of $3,000 would be effective July 1, 2006. There are a total of 275 people who would be effected by this bill.
