While the bill creates no costs to the state, it may result in additional expenses to individual schools that would have to pay for uniforms/equipment that are classified as "size-wise fit" - e.g. uniforms, helmets. Additional local expenses could potentially be costs of athletic training/conditioning programs and/or camps.
