Memorandum

This bill would not have a fiscal impact because the process for enrolling Pre-K and Kindergarten children into school will remain the same. The bill moves the enrollment age date from September 1 to July 1 annually. This may cause a decrease in enrollment initially, but this is expected to be minimal.
