THIS PROPOSED LEGISLATION WILL NOT HAVE A FINANCIAL IMPACT ON THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BECAUSE WE DO NOT RECEIVE TAX MONEY FOR QUARRIES. THE MONEY DEP RECEIVES RELATED TO QUARRIES IS FROM PERMITS AND FEES.
