This fiscal note is a revision of the original fiscal note submitted on February 9, 2015. Implementation of the RAPBACK system will be significant. This is a new service that has just been developed by the FBI. At this time RAPBACK has not been implemented in any other state. We anticipate changes will have to be made with our Criminal History System and our Automated Fingerprint Identification System.
