Explanation of above estimates (including long-range effect):


The mandate of the legislation would cause the Division of Labor to need 3 office staff and 3 labor inspectors (field staff) to manage the requirements of the program. The division would also need start money to purchase equipment for the 6 new employees, and to meet the expense requirements (vehicle, travel, etc) for the field staff.
