HB2661 is intended to provide protection and privacy of persons seeking health insurance assisted by navigators and nonnavigator assisters under the federal Affordable Care Act.
The provisions of HB2661 do not significantly impact the operations, revenues or expenses of the regulatory operations of the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner.
